Job Description
We are seeking a Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support the security and compliance posture of our systems. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), security controls implementation, continuous monitoring, and collaboration across technical and leadership teams.


Education/Experience

Seven (7) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Information Systems Management from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.


Salary: $120,000-$130,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.

• Technical Skills: RMF RMF tools such as LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, STE

• Scanning tools (Compliance and Configuration), NIST SP 800-53r3 and/or 5, NIST 800-37 

• Understanding of the full RMF Process, Authority to Operate, Security Controls, Continuous Monitoring processes
