Payroll Manager

*This is a Remote position based out of the US.

Mission:

To oversee the payroll execution and systems for beeline, North America, coordinating with international partners where required.

Scope:

The Payroll Manager will report to the Director of HR Operations and supervises 1-2 team members, overseeing Payroll and supporting a shared HRIS resource.

Role Expectations:
Achieve seamless transfer of payroll data by delivering timely and accurate systems interfaces with internal and external partners.
Ensure compliance with federal/local legislation and internal Company policies.
Serve as a partner to field leaders, ensuring user-friendly processes, guideline and documentation.
Serve as a partner to Finance and Controlling by understanding their business and functional objectives and translating that to HRIS strategies that will support those objectives.
Support local and global HR systems enhancements.
Ensure team has clear objectives aligned with business outcomes, receives consistent feedback and appropriate consequences based on their performance.
Drive cross-functional development for team, focused on skill development and employee engagement.
Immediate Critical Outcomes:
Basic understanding of current systems, client groups, and business objectives (First 30 days)
Establish relationships with team members and understand their current assignments, annual objectives and development goals (First 30 days)
Establish and implement feedback mechanisms to gauge progress and identify areas of improvements. (First 90 days)

Critical Experiences:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll department
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Solid knowledge of SAP
