Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) is the oldest and largest AIDS Service Organization (ASO) in Oregon and Southwest Washington that provides the LGBTQ+ community and beyond with compassionate healthcare. CAP’s mission is to promote well-being and advance equity by providing inclusive health and wellness services for LGBTQ+ people, people affected by HIV, and all those seeking compassionate care.  Cascade AIDS Project is excited to announce that we are hiring a skilled and team-oriented Manager of Information Systems & General Operations (MISGO). The Manager of Information Systems & General Operations (MISGO) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all CAP NW IT systems and EHR support. In partnership with the Prism Director of Clinical Operations, this position supervises the EHR Support Analyst (ESA) and ensures effective support, optimization, and alignment of EHR systems with clinical needs. the MISGO also supports agency-wide operations and facilities functions, supervises additional IT-related roles, and manages the agency's relationship with its MSP. This role ensures the effective support, optimization, and ongoing performance of the agency's overall IS and network health, aligning with both clinical and operational needs.

This is a Full-Time role working at our Davis St location in NW Portland. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Fully onsite.

The Salary for this position is $89,610.00 a year.

Who You Are

  • Four years of office management and IT experience
  • Three years of supervisory experience of staff and/or volunteers
  • Working knowledge of LANs and WANs design and implementation.
  • Technical proficiency in current network hardware, protocols, and internet standards
  • Proven experience in Information Systems Management or related positions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct information technology and network system deployment and maintenance.
  • Support ESA roles and attend all OCHIN meetings related to Prism's service area.
  • Support EHR & IT staff with training and implementation of equity goals.
  • Provide advice and assistance in planning, implementing, and evaluating existing operations and building system modifications.
  • Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants. Actively negotiate favorable pricing for products and services.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure their operational needs are met.
