UCT is looking for a talented HRIS Specialist to join us!

The HRIS Specialist provides day-to-day support for UCT’s global HR system, UKG Pro, and related HR programs. This role helps maintain accurate employee data, resolves system issues promptly, and supports a positive experience for HR partners and employees. The HRIS Specialist assists with core HR processes, maintains employee records, supports audit activities, and contributes to the smooth operation of HR programs in a fast-paced global environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the HRIS mailbox and assist with People Assist (Case Management) requests by routing, responding, or escalating as needed.
  • Perform data entry, updates, and corrections in UKG Pro to maintain accurate employee information.
  • Manage employee user accounts, troubleshoot login and SSO issues, and support access needs across HR systems.
  • Maintain electronic employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment status changes.
  • Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR programs, system access, and basic HRIS functionality.
  • Assist with routine audit activities by running audit reports and helping ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly data integrity audits and partner with HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Run scheduled HR reports and assist with basic data pulls as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support data processes related to HR programs and employee lifecycle events.
  • Support HR programs such as Performance Management, People Assist, and other UKG Pro modules.
  • Assist with Temp‑to‑Regular conversions, including Document Manager updates and user account review.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for HRIS and HR Solutions Center projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ensure compliance with established HR processes.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR support, HR operations, or HRIS‑related role.
