Job Summary: The Manager, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) manages all functional or technical development, selection, modification, support and quality assurance of the PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) system and other related HR Technology solutions (such as Time and Attendance Management and Talent Management). The Manager is a key member of the HR team, providing operational leadership and excellence in execution, as well as setting the agenda for HRIS optimization and managing the technology road map for HR, with consideration of both strategic and operational priorities. This role requires a leader with a strong customer orientation, deep understanding of HR technologies, and expert functional and technical knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM and other HRIS systems. The Manager must provide advanced analysis supporting process and operational efficiency across the organization, ensuring the security and integrity of all human resource data. The manager must also prove strong vendor management skills, ensuring our partnerships with HR technology vendors and system integrators delivers on the quality and timelines necessary to effectively support the organization. Supervises HRIS team members.
Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or Business Administration
Experience Requirement: Five (5) years of demonstrated PeopleSoft HCM/Oracle Fusion business or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with functional or technical experience as a business systems analyst delivering or implementing enterprise HR technology solutions. Must have demonstrated experience creating and executing project plans, tracking dates and status to provide project updates to peers and senior leadership.
