• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via secure video conferencing platforms, utilizing tools designed for remote mental health care.
• Establish cooperative relationships with clients, developing therapeutic goals that empower them throughout their journey of healing.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's preferences and treatment objectives, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously and maintain accurate records of client progress, adhering to established timelines and professional standards.

You will work with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing an extensive range of mental health challenges. Our clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and significant life transitions. Through your interventions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their emotional resilience and overall well-being.

• Possess a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Show empathy and understanding towards diverse client experiences and mental health challenges.
• Exhibit strong time-management and organizational capabilities to manage remote counseling sessions effectively.

• A minimum of two years' experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
• A background in working with a diverse clientele is highly desirable.

• Annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
