Job description

Job Description e&e is seeking a Senior Systems Grants Analyst II for a hybrid contract opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. The Senior Systems Grants Analyst II supports and enhances the Workday Grants module to ensure effective management of the full grants lifecycle. This role partners with grants, finance, compliance, and research administration teams to translate business needs into system configurations, reporting, and automated solutions.

Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Workday Grants business processes, security roles, and foundational data. Support pre-award and post-award grant management processes, including budgeting, expense tracking, billing, and compliance. Develop custom reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and audit tools.

Analyze business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and support system upgrades and enhancements. Develop and execute test plans and scenarios across development, staging, and production environments. Maintain system documentation and train users on Workday Grants functionality.

Serve as a liaison between functional stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare or Computer Science preferred). 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, medical informatics, or grants-focused environments.

Experience working with complex grant portfolios in higher education, healthcare, or non-profit settings. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
