What you'll do:
โ€ข Welcome patients warmly and check them in with care
โ€ข Verify insurance + ID, help patients with digital/paper intake forms
โ€ข Answer phones, schedule/reschedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
โ€ข Manage provider schedules and communicate any changes to the clinical team
โ€ข Become our Infinitt scheduling software expert + use Excel/SharePoint for daily productivity tracking
โ€ข Scan, file, and keep records organized and HIPAA-compliant
โ€ข Keep our waiting room calm, clean, and welcoming
โ€ข Provide basic patient education when needed
