Job description

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team to support US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J6 as Mobile Service Technicians. MST's provide technical support for military mobile devices, including break-fix support for end users on mobile phones and mobile SIPR devices. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring continuous mobile communications while exercising independent judgment in performing complex technical tasks. An active TS/SCI is required for this position.
What you will be doing:
  • Track, properly assign, and coordinate tickets submitted by customers
  • Provide technical support for military mobile devices, including break-fix support for end users on mobile phones and mobile SIPR devices
  • Maintain and report the status of problem resolutions to affected customers and keep historical records
  • Exercise independent judgement to resolve issues and configurations on military mobile devices
  • Develop solutions for mobile phone provisioning, computer imaging, VPN support

What you will need:
  • A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
  • Excellent customer service skills including customer relationships, responsiveness, and timely resolution of job tickets
  • Experience with VPN configuration and network security protocols and proficiency in computer imaging and mobile device provisioning. Knowledge of DoD Cyber Workforce Framework, NIST standards, familiarity with communication system maintenance and repair
  • 3 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Core and Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Tasks (KSATs) demonstrating technical proficiency in military communication systems and device support
  • Required Certification: Security +
  • TS/SCI clearance required
