Job SummarySEACORP is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Computer Technicianto join our Information Technology Technical Support team in Middletown, RI. Inthis role, you will provide critical technical assistance and maintenance forhardware and software systems supporting our mission-critical defense projects.You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of ourtechnical infrastructure while maintaining a strong posture in line withDepartment of Defense (DoD) standards.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • System Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, peripherals, and software for both local and remote users.
  • Technical Support: Resolve hardware/software issues including operating systems, electronic mail, and printing.
  • Information Security: Support and maintain user accounts, access rights, and security groups to protect sensitive data.
  • Asset Management: Document and track hardware upgrades and replacements; maintain accurate system logs and equipment inventory.
  • Endpoint Management & Security: Deploy Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration profiles, BitLocker encryption (FIPS 140-2), and application deployment.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining system compliance with emerging cybersecurity standards like CMMC.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed technical documentation, inventory systems, and knowledge bases.
