About the Role:

The IT Support Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the technological infrastructure of an organization by providing timely and effective technical support to end-users. This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance. The technician will collaborate closely with other IT team members to implement upgrades, maintain security protocols, and support new technology deployments. Minimum Qualifications:
