We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

· Provide Technical Support via phone/email/remote desktop to national distributors, licensed installers, IT staff and end users.

· Resolve issues for clients via phone, or electronically

· Test and verify functionality of Audio & CCTV Security equipment; support PC,MAC software and mobile applications.

· Track customer issues and resolutions within SAP ticketing system

· Provide assistance with computer software and hardware configuration, networking, security and network implementation

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a high school diploma/GED; Associates preferred or a Certification or Degree in Electronics (Engineering, Design and/or Research and Development) or Computer Sciences (Computer Hardware, Software, Networking and/or Programming) from a trade school or college

· Ability to speak and write clearly in English

· Knowledge of relevant products and networking

· Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields

· Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Team player

· Multi-tasking capabilities
