Summary:The intern will participate in a 5-week internship program. Intern will assist with the setup and maintenance of on-site computer hardware, software, and internet connectivity. In addition to performing weekly inventory management and tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of on-site computer hardware, software, and internet connectivity
  • Attend daily training in a class and/or one-on-one environment
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to staff
  • Communicate tech issues quickly and effectively to senior staff
  • Perform weekly inventory management and tracking
  • Be a role model to other interns and staff, arriving every day with an inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
Position Requirements
  • High school students enrolled in Miami-Dade or Broward County Public Schools.

Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Communication and customer services -Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Spanish/ French-Creole is a plus, but not required.
