Position Summary


We're hiring a Hardware Support Engineer for our Arizona office. This is a hands-on, in-office role focused on:

  • Supporting clients and internal teams
  • Integrating hardware and software systems
  • Troubleshooting and testing monitoring solutions

Key Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with clients and internal teams
  • Manage client support tickets through internal systems
  • Learn and utilize:
  • CRBasic programming (Campbell Scientific devices) - Training provided
  • MLBasic - Proprietary language for MLBase/MLRemote hardware
  • Integrate instrumentation with MLSuite software:
  • Research instrument capabilities
  • Define technical requirements
  • Document integration methodologies
  • Perform thorough testing of hardware and software
  • Provide ongoing technical support
