What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for defining and executing growth strategy for data center product portfolio responsible for leading a team of regional Product Managers globally to establish and execute strategic plans of multiple dedicated product lines globally. Duties: lead and developing the Global Data Center Product Management and Marketing team ensuring responsiveness to regional customers while maintaining global functional alignment; identifying regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product line strategies and investment priorities; driving product line extensions and portfolio enhancements tailored to global data center market requirements; cooperate with global sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure effective execution of the global strategy- Address new markets and customers within the data center cooling market; analyze global market & customer needs and prepare business plans for NPD (New product development) projects

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • 2 years experience in engineering, sales, or product management.
  • 18 months experience in product development.
  • 1 year experience with off-highway vehicles.
  • 6 months experience with autonomous vehicles and hardware development.
