Job description

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain image collateral and perform system administrative tasks to support the Web to Print platform by building and managing assets, programming, and template libraries 
  • Sustain brand standards within the system while coordinating image runtime schedules and overseeing system monitoring and upkeep 
  • Communicate regularly with the Web to Print vendor and administer user profiles to ensure smooth operations 
  • Train staff on applicable system use and report system metrics to leadership at predetermined intervals 
  • Manage the technical aspects of converting, troubleshooting, proofing, and optimizing artwork for hard copy output 
  • Create and complete electronic pre- and post-press production of graphic design materials, including signage and marketing collateral 
  • Ensure all products delivered comply with ABC laws and company guidelines while handling customer service requests and managing workflow documentation and job tracking 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of related experience in Graphic Design or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experience 
  • Certificate in Computer Graphics or related field 
  • Knowledge and ease of use for MS Office Suite and graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat) 
  • Proficient with PCs and MACs, file hierarchy, naming conventions, file types/formats and conversion factors (raster to vector; bitmap to GIF, TIF, PNG, etc.) 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree 
  • FTP management 
  • Experience in system configuration, HTML/XML, large format digital printing, and proficiency in ONYX HUB/Thrive
