Graphic Coordinator: Union, Illinois
Our customer in Union, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Graphic Coordinator to work fulltime on 1st shift. As a Graphic Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer support related to artwork, processing art files for production, and supporting internal teams with creative and technical design needs.
Responsibilities of the Graphic Coordinator:
  • Respond to customer emails and provide professional support for art inquiries and requests.
  • Create virtual proofs, specs, and creative designs for customers and internal teams.
  • Review and download customer artwork files and identify any issues or corrections needed.
  • Process and organize files within internal systems, including SAP and file storage servers.
  • Digitally draw, recreate, retouch, resize, and prepare artwork for print production.
  • Work with multiple departments to support production, warehouse, and sales teams.
  • Assist with special art requests and priority projects from management.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff regarding artwork needs.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure files meet production standards.
Graphic Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
  • Knowledge of color management and print production processes (CMYK, PMS, RGB).
  • Experience working with artwork preparation and print technologies.
