Job description

Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center is looking for a part-time Marketing Intern to join us for such an exciting part of the year!
The Marketing Intern supports the Special Events Coordinator with:
  • Planning and inviting guests to company events.
  • Gift outreach, gift acknowledgment, and coordination.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Skills:
  • Excellent computer skills and database management - knowledge of Raiser's Edge or Greater Giving is a plus, but not necessary
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Graphic design work a plus, but not necessary
  • Must be able to help life and carry auction items (under 25 pounds)
  • Must be able to work outside of normally scheduled hours during event preparation and events

Education:
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
  • Minimum experience required: Customer service/clerical/database entry

This part-time position will consist of 20-25 hours a week.
