Your Role
The Design Technology Lead - Visualization role is a key position within the Design Technology team in the Las Vegas office. At Gensler, we believe that visualization is the art of telling our design stories. Your top priority will be to advance our visualization capabilities and make still, animations, real-time renderings, VR/AR and creative A.I. ubiquitous and part of the common language in our storytelling.
We are seeking a talented digital artist that possesses technical knowledge of industry standard visualization software and pipelines, generative A.I., as well as demonstrate a commitment to art, creativity, research, and innovation. With a passion for photography, cinematography, lighting, composition, VFX and how to communicate design through computer graphics, you will collaborate with project teams and other visualization leads across the firm to drive the delivering of sophisticated and compelling visuals by our practitioners.
What You Will Do
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge visualization technologies and techniques to enhance our design process.
  • Development, implementation, training and support of visualization tools and framework, including a robust and agile virtual reality / augmented reality strategy.
  • Integrate generative A.I. into our visualization pipeline to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Elevate the quality of our visual outputs through expert art direction and creative composition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to use visualization as a powerful tool for design communication and storytelling.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in visualization, photography, cinematography, lighting, composition, VFX and generative A.I. to maintain our competitive edge.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Art, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 10 years of related industry experience as a digital artist, including practical knowledge and application in the field of neural network-generated imaging space.
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, TwinMotion, Enscape, Unreal Engine and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of the latest creative/generative A.I. platforms, including RunDiffusion.
  • Strong foundation of visual storytelling, look development, photography, cinematography, lighting/camera composition.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your capacity to employ technology to create art.
