We are looking for an ambitious, bilingual, reliable professional with at least 5 years office experience. You must have prior experience dealing with the general public as well as superior customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Job Duties include providing information on staffing services offered, open positions, hiring processes, Reno-area employment, etc.
You will answer phones, greet walk-ins, prepare recruitment materials, assess applicants, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates on paperwork, drug tests, terminations, hours, pay, etc. The bulk of your day will be spent on the phone and entering data and notes into our computer system. This role supports our recruiters’ daily efforts to attract, hire and retain the best employees for our clients.
Requirements:
-Must be outgoing and customer service oriented, we are looking for someone who can represent Reno Staffing and enhance the warm and friendly culture Reno Staffing is known for!
-Must have pleasant phone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor
-Comfortable with heavy phones, data entry and email communication
-Must have great computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
-Must be well spoken, able to think on your feet and know when to be polite and reserved
-Must be productive and comfortable working with minimal supervision and direction
