Job description

Immediate need for a talented Solutions Center Rep - Bilingual. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Scottsdale AZ (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on a variety of topics
  • Respond to inbound calls from members, plan sponsors, and investment professionals regarding accounts, retirement plans, and investment products.
  • Provide support for both current and legacy product offerings requiring ongoing servicing.
  • Interpret and apply product updates, policy changes, and service enhancements.
  • Identify customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Educate customers regarding:
  • Tax implications
  • Penalties and surrender charges
  • Death benefit protection
  • Lifetime income options
  • Capital preservation
  • Plan and contract benefits
  • Analyze customer concerns and work toward first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, policies, plan documents, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Participate in team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and career development activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Must have skills: - Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in Customer Service or Sales-related roles.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of FINRA rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • FINRA Series 6 and/or Series 26 licenses preferred (may be required depending on assigned business line).
  • Professional certifications such as ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations are considered a plus.
  • Bilingual communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
