You will oversee assigned table activity (two to four tables) to include game activity, game integrity, player strategy, all cash and chip transactions, and dealer performance. Job Overview: Oversees assigned tables activity to ensure the integrity of games. Authorizes and observes cash and chip transactions. Checks for suspicious play and corrects procedural violations. Maintains adherence with set guest service standards. Answers inquiries and informs guests of ongoing promotions. Authorizes complimentaries for guests subject to prescribed amounts. Enters and tracks player buy-in information. Acts in accordance to regulatory compliance through the monitoring and reporting of Title 31.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School graduate or GED.
  • One year of Table Games experience.
  • Knowledge of currency transaction reporting (CTR), suspicious activity reporting (SAR), basic math skills, and pass bi-annual Basic Strategy test.
  • Working knowledge of department policies and gaming procedures.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be proficient with gaming computer systems for complex data entry and information retrieval.
  • Self-guided leader, creative, responsible, high-energy, eager to work with other departments and independently.
  • Willingness to actively contribute in an array of projects as requested; eager to learn new skills.
  • Passion for attracting, retaining, engaging, and building talent.
