Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO - As a Table Games Supervisor, you will oversee daily pit operations and support the team in delivering a seamless and engaging gaming experience.
  • Supervise table games operations in the absence of the Casino Shift Manager
  • Lead and support dealers to ensure game integrity, efficiency, and exceptional guest service
  • Monitor gameplay and enforce proper procedures to protect the integrity of all games
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and escalated disputes professionally
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage for the shift
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, including federal currency reporting requirements
  • Input fills and credits, and oversee chip and dice control procedures
  • Issue, void, and manage comps in accordance with company guidelines
  • Support promotional awareness and guest engagement on the floor
  • Maintain accurate records, including shift documentation and attendance tracking
  • Communicate regularly with team members regarding updates, expectations, and events
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, including coaching and discipline
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and internal controls

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach Table Games Dealers on assigned shifts
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing development
  • Address performance concerns and document appropriately
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Work Environment & Expectations
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Meet attendance expectations and complete required training

  • Strong knowledge of table games and casino operations

  • Prior gaming experience preferred (table games experience strongly valued)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission license
  • Basic computer skills
