Stamping Process Engineering Associate Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Inspection and reporting of building progress
• Identification and reporting of problems
• Support for installation and tryout of new equipment and press die
• Purchase, installation, and tryout support for tooling (pallets, tools, BLK racks)
• Reporting of new vehicle development progress status
• Daily production plan and performance reporting, plan adjustment
• Daily, monthly, and annual production plan and performance reporting
• Analysis and reporting of production downtime
• Quality reporting and review related to non-operational factors.
• Post-process problem analysis and reporting
• Material issue excerpt, feedback, and analysis
• Installation and tryout support for auxiliary equipment (overhead crane, scrap conveyor, die transportation)
• Purchase, installation, and tryout support for press die processing equipment (CNC plano milling machine, lathe, milling, etc.)
• Investment plan and progress reporting
• Worker management and work standard preparation support.
