Company Description

ECS is a Charlotte, NC based machine vision company that designs, manufactures, installs and services camera-based quality control systems for large industrial applications of Fortune 500 companies. Our solutions combine custom built software with leading edge and state-of-the-art computer, camera, and LED illumination hardware. We are also in the forefront of deploying Deep Learning software code to develop the next generation of quality control challenges that traditional computer programming cannot solve.

Our solutions provide 24/7 feedback on critical production criteria and in many cases if the quality control system is not working – the client will stop production. These ‘always on’ systems are an integral part of the production line and downtime of our product is a critical situation for the user. They depend on ECS to understand their unique solution requirements, and we jeopardize the entire business relationship if the client is not getting the absolute highest level of customer care.
