Job description

  • Assist with new product and ongoing quality conformance activities, including data collection, documentation, and testing support.
  • Support engineers in the development, execution, and documentation of test plans under supervision.
  • Help review and maintain quality records, procedures, and inspection documentation.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities, including data gathering and basic analysis.
  • Assist with material review activities (MRB) by documenting findings and tracking corrective actions as assigned.
  • Support supplier quality and vendor-related activities, including audit preparation and issue tracking, as directed.
  • Compile and organize data for quality performance reports and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with environmental and sustainability initiatives related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Control, and Manufacturing to support production readiness and quality objectives.
  • Perform other engineering or quality-related duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
  • Basic understanding of engineering and quality principles, including inspection, testing, and problem-solving concepts.
  • Ability to analyze data, document results, and follow established procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
