Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **mechanical or electrical engineering** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside **collaborative** and **innovative** teammates.

You'll contribute to impactful projects, helping to solve technical challenges and improve the performance and safety of our vehicles. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (**Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management**), participate in design reviews and validation processes, and support change management initiatives, among other responsibilities.

You'll specifically take care of **root cause analysis of service failures**, but also **review supplier technical documentation and assist with vehicle modification activities**.

We'll look to you for:

  • Supporting technical problem-solving related to vehicles

  • Proposing equipment modifications to improve safety, customer experience, and reliability

  • Participating in design reviews, project planning, and quality assurance activities

  • Completing root cause analysis (RCA) of service failures

  • Analyzing data and making actionable recommendations

  • Collaborating with different departments to achieve desired outcomes

  • Preparing project timelines and producing engineering reports

  • Attending and presenting at meetings with customers

  • Assisting or leading vehicle modification activities

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is 23 CAD - 27 CAD per hour.
