Position Overview


The QA Analyst Intern supports the software quality assurance process by assisting with manual testing, documentation, and defect validation. This role is designed for students or earlycareer candidates who want handson experience in software testing while learning industry best practices.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

  • Execute manual test cases under guidance from senior QA or engineering staff
  • Assist in validating new features, bug fixes, and integrations
  • Identify, document, and retest software defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Help maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases
  • Participate in UAT and regression testing activities
  • Validate basic data accuracy through UI checks or simple queries
  • Learn and follow established QA processes and standards
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts during testing cycles

Qualification Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and logical problemsolving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
