Job description

What to Expect
Join Gotion as a Customer Quality Engineer Intern, supporting our efforts to ensure top-tier quality and customer satisfaction for battery cells, modules, and packs. You'll gain hands-on experience with customer feedback handling, data analysis, and problem-solving while working closely with senior engineers and crossfunctional teams.

This is a 10-week internship that will last from June 2026 to August 2026. The expected pay rate for this position is $20/hr.ย 

What You'll Do

  • Help log and track customer quality complaints and assist with 8D reports
  • Support failure analysis activities and help document findings
  • Assist with collecting and organizing faulty parts and inspection data
  • Perform basic visual and electrical checks (training provided)
  • Help maintain the faulty parts database and track common failure types
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings, reports, and audits
  • Support customer visits alongside senior engineers

What You'll Bring

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Materials Science
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
