Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Intern – Spring 2027

January through May 2027
100% On Site | Stow, Ohio

This internship provides hands on experience working alongside engineering and manufacturing professionals while contributing to meaningful projects that impact daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate existing procedures and production methods for improvement opportunities

• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and engineering projects

• Perform time studies to support production and item creation standards

• Assist with new or upgraded process and equipment implementation projects

• Support process development, improvement, and documentation efforts

• Develop procedures, forms, checklists, and schedules to support manufacturing activities

• Research new technologies, equipment, and supplies to improve operations

• Collaborate with plant personnel, office staff, suppliers, and contractors as needed

• Gain hands on experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering or Technical program at an accredited college or university
