Collaborate with our team to enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. Work with experienced engineers and technicians. You will also report to the Chief Engineer and work onsite. This is a safety sensitive position. This opportunity is part of our Summer 2027 Internship Program.

You Will:

Maintenance Assistance:

  • Support daily maintenance tasks alongside I&E technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and address electrical plant-related issues.
  • Actively participate in electrical switching maneuvers and load balancing when necessary.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance to MCC's and motor/ feeder protection relays.

Reliability Programs:

  • Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives.
  • Help develop electrical and instrumentation designs for projects.

Budget and Documentation:

  • Learn to create budgets for electrical system improvements.
  • Participate in preparing project authorization documents.

Change Management:

  • Gain exposure to managing the MOC process for documenting changes.

You Have:

  • Enrolled in an Accredited Electrical Engineering Program: Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
