What You Will Do:
  • Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
  • Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite.
  • Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Perform requirements analysis and document results.
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
  • Update, implement, and maintain existing procedures and deliverables.
  • Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

What You Will Need:
  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a DoD security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" clearance are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • FIVE (5) or more years of professional experience in software design, development, quality testing, and/or information technology

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Eight (8) years of professional experience encompassing software design, development, and test & evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience in database development, web page design, and computer-based training development.
  • Proficiency in utilizing .NET tools and the .NET Integrated Development Environment, including ASP.NET, SQL Server 2000, and HTML editor tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply programming concepts in both professional and academic settings.
  • Significant experience implementing modern software development methodologies.
