Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What you will do:

Contribute to the generation and refinement of new scroll compressor design concepts.

Perform engineering analyses to evaluate performance, durability, and feasibility of proposed designs.
-
Support design selection efforts through simulation, benchmarking, and structured trade‑off evaluations.
-
Develop and execute validation plans, including component and system‑level testing.
-
Analyze test data to assess design performance and recommend improvements or next steps.
-
Prepare technical documentation such as design summaries, test reports, and conceptual models.
-
Collaborate with engineers in mechanical design, modeling, materials, and systems engineering during the development cycle.
-
Participate in design reviews and provide data‑driven recommendations.
-
Maintain awareness of compressor technology trends, materials, and analysis methods relevant to early‑stage development.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.

3 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience, ideally in rotating machinery, HVAC, or related systems.

Foundational understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design principles.

Experience (academic, internship, or industry) with CAD tools and engineering analysis.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to interpret test data and communicate findings effectively.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new concepts and technologies.
