Job Summary:
Club Colors is seeking Embroidery Machine Operators to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality embroidered apparel by operating commercial embroidery equipment, preparing garments, monitoring production, and ensuring finished products meet our quality standards.
No embroidery experience? No problem. We are happy to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What you'll do:
  • Interpret work orders and production instructions to ensure accurate embroidery placement and specifications.
  • Set up embroidery machines by selecting the correct hoops, thread colors, backing materials, and garments.
  • Upload logos and artwork using Pulse software or similar embroidery software (training provided).
  • Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance throughout production, making thread and bobbin changes as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure embroidery meets Club Colors' quality standards.
  • Perform light finishing work, including steaming, trimming threads, and preparing garments for shipment.
  • Complete stitch repairs or minor embroidery corrections when necessary.
  • Fold, package, and prepare completed orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.
  • Work overtime during peak production periods when required.

Who you are:
Required
  • No previous embroidery experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred
  • Previous embroidery, screen printing, sewing, textile, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
  • Experience operating commercial embroidery equipment.
  • Familiarity with Pulse or other embroidery software.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Hourly Pay Range:
$19-$20 USD
