FlynnO'Hara Uniforms is a Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of premium school uniforms, gym apparel, and medical attire. Founded in 1972, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, team-oriented work environment, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay.

Our Miami, FL retail location is currently seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for setting up and operating embroidery machines, hooping garments, trimming, and folding finished products. The Embroidery Machine Operator plays a key role in ensuring timely fulfillment of custom school uniform orders, especially during our high-volume back-to-school season.

Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a team-focused mindset

  • Flexible, positive attitude is essential

  • Prior embroidery machine operation experience preferred

  • Experience with Barudan machines is a plus
