Drafter / Permit Expediter

We are seeking a Architectural Drafter / Permit Expediter to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed drawings and prepare permitting applications to submit to various agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and CAD drawings for submittal
  • Check all packages for alignment with agency requirements
  • Review and modify drawings based on red line comments from agencies
  • Provide timely updates for permitting completion and workload
  • Coordinate with Project Manager and Staff on all jobs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with permit applications, permitting processes helpful 
  • Working knowledge of CAD and Revit and office related software
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
