Overview

The Administrator plans, directs, implements and coordinates all activities related to the business applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Configure, install, and maintain applications including updates, patches, and version upgrades.
  • Manage all user access, permissions, and security settings for applications, including creation and deactivation.
  • Resolve and prevent application related issues for end-users and technical teams.
  • Proactively research and identify new technologies that will affect business policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Integrate applications into network technologies, managed network protection and response, virus and malware remediation, and backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Training and support for end-users on application functionality.
  • Manage technology vendors.
  • 24x7 on-call support.
  • Monitor, maintain and backup SQL logs and databases.
  • Tier 2+ plant desktop support.
  • Maintains group policy and planning.
  • Employee education on IT security best practices through KnowBe4, MFA, and breach/phishing training.
  • Performs other required tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, programming, or related field preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Office 365 administration and Cloud integration.
  • 5 years’ experience in Information Technology preferred;
  • Knowledge of Server 2019-Current;
  • Prior experience working with Crystal Reports, preferred;
  • Optional experience: EDI, ACH, GP Dynamics;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills;
