  • Mastermind SQL data manipulation, troubleshooting, and complex performance tuning in cloud environments.

  • Collaborate with engineering to implement performance optimizations and monitor production environments for sustainable, high-speed operation.
  • Champion knowledge sharing by developing technical articles and documenting innovative troubleshooting steps for a global audience.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in writing complex Microsoft Transact-SQL queries and troubleshooting triggers, views, and stored procedures.
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services, Financial Statements Reporting, or Crystal Reports troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience managing SQL Server Database Administration and relational database concepts in AWS or Azure.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with a talent for clear, professional customer communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in database support.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
