Job Description
Supports business operations by gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data, with a strong focus on the data presentation layer. Creates and maintains clear, user-friendly dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI), including writing and troubleshooting basic DAX measures and calculations. Works with data owners and technical teams to understand data definitions and ensure reporting is accurate and consistent (including light data modeling where needed). Produces recurring and ad-hoc statistical reporting, helps identify trends and anomalies, and communicates insights through strong visual storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Associate Data Analyst: Will scope, develop and deliver on assigned Use Cases. Interact with business units, data owners, data architects, data engineers, other analysts and management teams developing models and recommending phasing of deliverables.

Requirements:
  • AA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering or related field
  • +1 years of related experience
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI (or similar BI tool) preferred

  • Ability to write and troubleshoot basic DAX measures and calculations preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences; works well in a team environment and matrix organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Hiring Range: $32.70 to $42.18 per hour

Data Analyst: Performs job with minimal supervision. Uses theoretical understanding of analytics to deliver technical specifications and actions. Independently applies analytics to work assignments to achieve desired outcomes. Demonstrates substantial knowledge of analytic techniques and has the ability to integrate this knowledge to achieve solutions to complex problems. 

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering or related field
  • +3 years of related experience
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
  • Knowledge of operations and delivery concepts, principles, standards, tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI (or similar BI tool) preferred

  • Ability to write and troubleshoot basic DAX measures and calculations preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences; works well in a team environment and matrix organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Hiring Range: $37.30 to $48.31 per hour

Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane, Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.
