Job description

We are looking for an entry-level Technical Operations Analyst to support day-to-day technical operations, system reliability, documentation, monitoring, issue triage, and process execution. 

This role is designed for someone early in their technical career who has strong problem-solving ability, reliability, curiosity, and a desire to learn. Prior DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure experience is helpful, but not required. 

The right candidate will be trained over time in the tools, systems, workflows, and operational practices used by the team. This is a hands-on learning role with a growth path toward DevOps, cloud operations, infrastructure support, release operations, or platform engineering. 

The essential duties and responsibilities for this role include:

    • Monitor system dashboards, alerts, tickets, and operational queues. 
    • Assist with initial triage of technical issues and escalate when needed. 
    • Follow documented procedures and runbooks for routine operational tasks. 
    • Help maintain and improve technical documentation, process guides, and support procedures. 
    • Support deployment, release, and environment validation activities under supervision. 
    • Track incidents, follow-ups, action items, and operational requests. 
    • Assist with recurring maintenance, access requests, system checks, and administrative technical workflows. 
    • Participate in incident reviews and help document outcomes, timelines, and next steps. 
    • Learn basic infrastructure, cloud, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automation concepts. 
    • Perform low-risk technical tasks under supervision. 
    • Help identify unclear processes, documentation gaps, or repetitive work that could be improved. 
    • Gradually contribute to scripting, automation, and operational process improvements.

    • Process-driven work in operations, logistics, retail management, food service management, scheduling, or customer support. 

Educational Requirements 

Required: 

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field; or  
  • Equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, military experience, and relevant work experience.  

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
