Join Our Dynamic Team!Assembly Technician

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble, test, document, and troubleshoot valves, valve components, and valve control systems in accordance with manufacturing procedures, assembly drawings, and written or verbal instructions. This position is essential to ensuring our products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assemble valves, valve components, and valve control systems according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Perform in-process inspections to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Test valves and related assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
  • Document production and testing activities as required.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Support the production team in meeting daily output and quality goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and PPE requirements.
  • Other duties, as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of related assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex work instructions in English.
