Position Summary:

As a Trailer Pump Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building and testing high-performance trailer pump systems. This hands-on position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in assembly, hydraulics, or heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve assembly instructions from the Build Book program
  • Assemble trailer pump components following engineering drawings and bills of materials
  • Request necessary parts from the Parts Department
  • Perform final unit assembly, including hoods, lighting, electrical components, decals, and custom specifications
  • Connect hydraulic lines and fill with oil in preparation for system testing
  • Test assembled products to ensure quality and proper functionality
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience assembling or repairing mechanical equipment
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, gas, and diesel systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
