Senior MES Engineer with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, software, tools, Solumina, CAD, CAM, DFMA analysis for a long-term contract.
This position pays 80-90K and is onsite in the Ventura County area.
What you will be doing:
  • Manufacturing engineering using Solumina and following lean manufacturing principles
  • Optimize product design using DFMA analysis - Design for Manufacturing and Assembly analysis
  • Works with software and tools including CAD - Computer-Aided Design, CAM - Computer-Aided Manufacturing and PLM systems - Product Lifecycle Management systems
  • Does statistical analysis

What you will need:
  • 10-13+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer, Solumina
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing Principals
  • Experience in DFMA analysis - Design for Manufacturing and Assembly analysis
  • Experience with CAD - Computer-Aided Design
  • Experience with CAM - Computer-Aided Manufacturing
  • Experience with PLM systems
  • Experience with Statistical Analysis

Highly Preferred:
  • Defense, Aerospace
