This role is responsible for producing precise technical and architectural drawings, converting design concepts into detailed CAD models and construction documents. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting sketches and specifications from architects and designers, creating and revising CAD drawings, and ensuring all documentation complies with applicable standards and building codes. The CAD Drafter will collaborate with project team members, coordinate drawing updates, maintain organized file systems, and support the design process with accurate layouts, sections, and details.

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in drafting, architecture, engineering technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with building codes, construction materials, and structural concepts relevant to architectural projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and project stakeholders on-site.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple drawing sets and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
