Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide CADD support for Product Care and Research and Development (R&D).
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Basic design work includes fit studies, tolerance studies, etc.
  • CADD support based on red lined drawings.
  • Performs other assignments as directed by local management.
  • Interact and support other functional areas of the department such as Quality Assurance and Model Shop.

Scheduled Work Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Hourly Pay Range: $32.92 - $41.15
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in CADD or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in field of expertise is required.
  • Strong mathematical skills required.
  • Computer-Aided Drafting experience is required.
  • Solid Modeling experience is required.
  • SolidWorks experience is required.
  • Cosmos experience is preferred.
  • Practical experience or understanding of woodworking, metal working and plastic manufacturing is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in all office systems/skills, Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience with the use of an ERP system is preferred. Use of SAP preferred.
  • Must be extremely detail and accuracy oriented.
  • Must be process oriented.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Must be a good decision maker and problem solver.
  • Must be an excellent communicator.
  • Must present a positive and professional appearance and image.
  • Must be an independent self-starter who is capable of functioning in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions assigned to the position.
