Tool and Die/Mold Maker

McMinnville, OR


Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in McMinnville, OR for a Tool & Die/Mold Maker. The Tool & Die/Mold Maker will work with HAAS CNC machinery. Participate in design, program, build, inspect and repair molds and fixtures.


Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tool Maker, Mold Maker, or Die Maker.

Experience with injection mold assembly, repair, and maintenance.

Proficient in CNC machine setup, operation, and CAD/CAM programming.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and interpreting blueprints.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to manufacture components from solid models.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Adaptable to new manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities:

Continual dedication to team building and improving production methods.

Setup and Operate CNC machines, machining components to meet design specifications

Mold assembly and fitting of components using CNC equipment
