Absolute Engineering, Inc. is looking for Civil CADD Technician.
Salary commensurate with experience along with a full benefits package and bonus program.
Full Job Description:
As a CADD Tech, you will work with a site/civil engineering team designing Land Development projects including mixed-use developments, townhomes, single-family, multi-family residential subdivisions, and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
  •  Prepares zoning plans for submittal to government agencies and municipalities.
  •  Works with the designer in developing construction plans.
  •  Prepares drainage, grading, and roadway plans.
  •  Prepares conceptual layouts.
  •  Updates plans with notes and legal descriptions.
  •  Identify, troubleshoot, and suggest solutions to problems to complete the project.

Requirements:
  •  Minimum 2 years professional work experience.
  •  Desire to design Land Development projects.
  •  Working knowledge of AutoCAD, required, Civil 3D and ArcGIS a plus.
  •  Work experience in a civil firm desired.
  •  Be flexible and willing to work within a fast-paced work environment.
  •  Must be able to work and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and team members.
  •  Self-starter, able to perform duties independently as well as in a team environment
