The Land Surveyor will primarily work on residential projects within a small team, focusing on precise field surveying and data collection to support site planning and development. This role involves local travel and the use of mobile data collection tools and CAD software to deliver accurate boundary analysis and site inspections. There are opportunities for advancement to Senior Surveyor based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operate surveying equipment including total stations and GPS devices
  • Inspect sites to verify survey data and ensure compliance
