This role is critical in supporting our projects with precise surveying, CAD modeling, and data preparation that help us keep projects on time, on grade, and on target.


You'll work closely under the direction of our Survey Managers while collaborating across field and office teams. What You Bring:

Prepare as-built and topographic surveys for active projects.

Create digital terrain models and contours to support site development.

Perform earthwork volume calculations using industry software.

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Recognize and mitigate basic sources of measurement error.

Stay organized, self-motivated, and proactive in decision-making.

Communicate professionally with supervisors, teammates, contractors, clients, and vendor partners.

What our team needs from you:

Previous experience in land surveying or engineering preferred - or the strong desire to learn.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (experience with Terramodel or Trimble Business Center a plus).

Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Strong math, computations, and problem-solving skills.

Dependability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with team goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of land surveying field equipment is a plus.

Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
