What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Engineer, you'll support machining operations by improving equipment reliability, increasing production efficiency, and solving technical problems.

Your responsibilities include:

Equipment & Maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
  • Support installation, startup, repair, and maintenance of production equipment
  • Investigate equipment failures and recommend permanent corrective actions
  • Help establish preventive maintenance procedures
  • Improve machine reliability and reduce downtime
Manufacturing Engineering
  • Analyze production processes to improve throughput and reduce scrap
  • Develop process improvements and process controls
  • Recommend equipment and system modifications
  • Support new equipment installations and production launches
  • Evaluate manufacturing methods and recommend improvements
Technical Support
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Support engineering projects using CAD software when needed
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
  • Assist with cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance during equipment troubleshooting
Continuous Improvement
