We’re looking for a 3D CAD Designer / Drafter with extensive hands-on mechanical experience and a solid background in industrial equipment design. If you’ve built, assembled, tested, or worked directly on mechanical systems in the past, your expertise will be highly valued here. Hands-on experience is critical—this role isn’t just about CAD; it’s about understanding how things work in the real world.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of 3D parts and assemblies SolidWorks modeling and 2D drafting (CATIA a plus).

  • Proven experience designing or drafting industrial equipment—pumps, motors, or similar assemblies.

  • Extensive hands-on mechanical experience: assembly, testing, prototyping, or troubleshooting machinery.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and assembly standards.

  • Ability to produce production-ready part and assembly drawings with precision and clarity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Turn concepts into detailed CAD models and 2D drawings ready for manufacturing.

  • Verify assemblies, define tolerances, and optimize designs for real-world functionality and manufacturability.

  • Support R&D with hands-on product testing, prototyping, and iterative improvements.

  • Maintain organized CAD files and ensure drawings meet company and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with production and procurement to review orders and ensure manufacturability.

Why This Role Matters:
