What You'll Do
  • Create and meticulously maintain detailed floor layouts using CAD across all design phases, from initial concept to final deployment.
  • Ensure the highest level of precision in all designs, including proper cell grid alignment, optimal component spacing, and proactive resolution of physical interferences such as columns, HVAC systems, expansion joints, and fire shutters.
  • Guarantee strict compliance with all design checklists and standardized naming conventions to maintain consistency and clarity across all projects.
  • Generate critical deployment deliverables that guide the successful implementation of new facility designs.
  • Interpret complex building shell composites and external references to integrate new designs seamlessly within existing structures.
  • Produce comprehensive, standardized drawing sets that are essential for supporting and expanding a global network of advanced logistics facilities.

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on operating experience in CAD, demonstrating proficiency in working with and managing complex layers.
  • An Associate's Degree in Drafting and Design, providing a strong foundational understanding of design principles and tools.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in drafting and design within a warehouse, logistics facility, or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of material handling and storage systems, enabling you to design practical and efficient layouts.
